aspire LEADERSHIP LAB
ASPIRE is an in-church leadership lab designed to advance the Kingdom of God by training, equipping, empowering, reproducing and releasing godly men and women who have been called by God to servant leadership.
Plan
Participants discover and develop their personal life vision and are then coached and supervised by a ministry mentor, pastoral coach and the church community.
Strategy and tactics
- One-on-one mentoring with a ministry mentor, pastoral coach and prayer intercessors
