For many of us, the time when we're faced with our most painful losses is also when we feel the most alone. But it doesn't have to be that way.
GriefShare is an international ministry that offers support, understanding, insight and practical tools to help those who've suffered the loss of a loved one through death.
There are three distinctive elements to GriefShare:
- Video seminar at weekly meetings featuring top experts, real-life case studies and more
- Group discussion at the meeting with others who are also grieving
- Workbook-based study and reflection on your own during the week
Each of the 13 weekly sessions are "self-contained" so you do not have to attend in sequence, nor do you need to sign up in advance. GriefShare meets at LSCC on the first and third Mondays from 6:30-8 p.m. in the conference room. (There is no child care.)
