Tuesday Evening study - Study of John

Tuesday evenings, 6:45pm at a group member’s home. In preparation for Easter, we’re starting a study on the last teachings of Jesus in the book of John. When studying Jesus’ words and prayers, we enter deep into the heart of Jesus and come away changed. This is a seven week study includes daily assignments to get the most out of the group. Thursday Evening Study – Discerning the Voice of God

wednesday morning precepts bible study - Acts - Part 1

Wednesday mornings, 10:00-12:00, LSCC. This study is eight weeks working through the first 12 chapters of Acts. Learn how God spread the gospel through witnesses of Jesus’ death and resurrection, and from their examples, how you too can witness to others. Wednesday Morning Study - Daniel

Wednesday mornings, 9:45-11:45, LSCC. The Old Testament prophet, Daniel, faced unbelievable pressures to compromise his faith, to live in a hostile culture, and to confront temptations and threats. Today, we face many of the same trials. Join us for this study as we seek to encourage each other to live our lives with integrity and loving others to do the same. Thursday evenings, 6:30 pm, LSCC. Every week millions fill the church and hear about the greatness and power of God. They are told that they can experience it, yet few ever do. MOthers of PReschoolers (MOPS)

2nd & 4th Tuesday mornings, 9:30-11:30 am. MOPS is for moms who have kids ages newborn through Kindergarten. We meet to build circles of women who love each other like family because raising kids is beautiful and hard, yet having each other to lean on is life-giving. We connect moms to each other and to Jesus as we embrace the journey of motherhood. Registration is required before attending because of the popularity of our group and the limited child care space. Single Moms' Small Group

Wednesday nights 6:00 pm. Room 243 at LSCC. Raising children as a single parent is difficult. That is why we gather. Our group is a place for encouragement and support. We will be starting a new study in January. Childcare is available.  For questions about joining our group, contact Mona at


Healing the wounds of the heart - Weekend experience

Trauma, hurts, and losses are part of the human experience in our broken world. Regardless of severity, these painful experiences can impact our psychological, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being by disrupting lives, destroying hope, and isolating people from self, others, and God. This group is Bible-based, clinically sound, and creative in its mixture of teaching, scripture, skits, tools, and small group discussion. Topics include: God and suffering; how God heals wounded hearts; taking our pain to the cross and the difficult journey of forgiving others. Followers Made Experience

This six-month small group experience challenges individuals to move from being a fan to a follower of Jesus through cultivating a deeper relationship with Him along with discovering the calling He has given to each of us.
